Returning Building Materials

We work hard to get you exactly what you need for your building project. High-quality materials provide years of satisfaction. And in-house takeoffs from your blueprints combined with our team’s building and contractor experience allow for accurate material estimates. However, when you do need to return items, our customer service team is here to help. Just bring your return and receipt to the Building Solutions facility.

Returns must be made within 45 days of invoicing and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, depending on the item. Special order items may not be returnable. Those that are may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Processing may take 4-6 weeks, depending on the materials, at which time your credit will be issued.
